The Website is owned and operated by Grow Investments, LLC, hereafter “Grow.” Grow uses multiple forms of digital communication to provide information and educational content in written, audio, and video form, including but not limited to the world wide web, email, sms, phone apps, and social media.
The content distributed by the Website constitutes the opinions of Grow and its content creators. Membership Subscriptions
The services provided by the Website are a subscription based membership. Subscriptions are available for monthly and yearly membership. Subscriptions will be setup on the date of initial purchase to renew on that date, either monthly or yearly.
Cancellations and Terminations
Members may cancel at any time by submitting a cancel membership form which can found at support.growmytsp.com. Memberships will not be considered canceled via phone, email, or text, only via the membership form. Your membership will continue through the end of your current charge cycle, whether monthly or yearly. Grow will fully support any member desiring to cancel their service at any time.
Grow may terminate the subscription and these terms at any time for their convenience.
Right of access granted under these Terms is effective only upon payment of the subscription fees. Grow may terminate the subscription and these terms if unable to renew the subscription based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information.
If any member cancels within the initial trial period, then they will be prohibited from resubscribing for 90 days from the cancellation date.
Note: The 90 day rule is imposed to deter potential customers from joining just long enough to view a current allocation model, then cancelling, then joining again to view an allocation model, then cancelling. Yes, previous members have done this to circumvent a paid subscription.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable; except for members who cancel within 7 day trial the initial purchase may receive a full refund. Members who cancel after the trial period at initial purchase must cancel 48 hours prior to the next billing cycle date to avoid the next monthly or yearly subscription charge. The billing cycle date can be found in the Customer Account Center.
Limitation on Liability
The Website may be temporarily unavailable from time to time for maintenance or other reasons. Grow assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, the Website. Grow is not responsible for any technical malfunction or other problems of any telephone or computer network or service, computer systems, servers or providers, computer or mobile phone equipment, or software occurring for any reason, including but not limited to, on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any site or with respect to the Website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to any person’s computer, mobile phone, or other hardware or software, related to or resulting from using or downloading Website content in connection with the internet and/or in connection with the Website. Under no circumstances will Grow be responsible for any loss or damage, including any personal injury or death, resulting from anyone’s use of the Website, or any interactions between Grow and users of the Website, whether online or offline.
